All cancellations must be requested in writing to the HHP/CA office. The cancellation must be postmarked or time stamped by 5:00 pm, April 3, 2024. All refunds are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Refunds after that time are at the discretion of the Board of Directors. All refunds will be made after the conference. Substitutions can be made at any time.
